Kenwood Fire Redesign
This home was completely burned down in the 2017 Nuns fire. The clients really wanted a home they could grow old in, so many design features play to that. The beautiful new farmhouse features 18 foot cathedral ceilings with gorgeous architectural wood beams. The open concept allows visibility to the expansive backyard, rolling vineyards, and mountains surrounding the property. This home was built for growing in place so the main living areas are all on one floor. The shower in the master bathroom is a curb-less shower and the washer and dryer are built on a platform. The architect for the rebuild was Max Sanchez.
