Upper Riviera

This 1940s Santa Barbara home was dying to be renovated. With misguided improvements and code violations, our clients were ready for it to be restored to its former glory. To create a bright open space, we brought back the Spanish influences of the Upper Riviera and we created cathedral ceilings in the main living area. Additionally, knocking down a wall between the living area and the outdated office helped create an expansive and grand living space that feels welcoming, warm, and inviting. Not only did we include master bedrooms on the upper and lower levels, but we added several architectural elements that were true to the home.
